1. TIME OUT

Once you are done with that long report on excel, working with customers, or even making phone calls. Take a 10-15 minute time out. Let your brain rest and refocus. Either walking around your office or even a quick chat with a fellow colleague. Dr. James A. Levin, professor from Mayo Clinic revealed reccent studies show that the human body operates on cycles, so after about an hour of intense focus, our brains are crying out to rest.
2. Get your SHINE on

Sunshine
Take a break and get some. 10-15 min walk will energize and stop production of melatonin. Melatonin is a hormone that helps you go to bed and sleep.

4. TURN UP THE MUSIC.

TURN UP THE VOLUME.
TURN UP YOUR MUSIC AND PLAYLIST. SWAY BACK AND FORTH AND ROCK OUT. MUSIC ALWAYS WAKES ME UP AND GETS ME THROUGH THE DAY.
5. FOOD THAT ARE NATURAL ENERGY BOOSTERS
